INTEREST TO THE SUMMIT GREATER THAN EXPECTED



Robot Investments Summit, Industry 4.0 Applications Summit, Power Generating Factories Summit and Process Summit, which are shedding a different light with the concept of summit and fair on production technologies, were held in Tuzla-Istanbul between 5 to 7 October, 2021. Intense marketing and promotional campaigns for the summit that held under the Covid-19 pandemic conditions, give a result and there was greater interest than expected.



The event took place in Anatolian side of İstanbul, was the sixth time open its doors to visitors this year. Despite the effect of the pandemic, the application examples of 122 participating companies in the fair area of the organization, which draw great attention, were visited by 10,598 visitors. In the summit area of the event, 57 panels were held. The presentations of 115 speakers, both physically and online, were watched 51,321 times in total.



PRE-ORDER CONTRACTS SIGNED AT THE FAIR



With the intense interest of companies, which want to increase automation level in their production processes, become digitalize and saving energy, many business networks built this year at the summit and fair.



Despite the previous meetings, many investors made their final decision at the summit. Because of the many technical issues, even offer processes take time it cannot possible for industrial products and services to be sold mostly in the fair. In spite of this situation, participating companies reported that many pre-order contracts were signed at the Summit



PRESENTATIONS WERE MADE DURING 3 DAYS



Important issues for the manufacturing industry were discussed in the panels attended by the representatives of the participating companies and experts in their fields as speakers. Various topics such as; robotic production, digitalization, saving energy and investments were discussed in the panel areas.



Total of 115 speakers attended the conferences that took place in two different halls, the panels were drawn great attraction to the audiences during 3 days. The audience participating in the panels, also had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers at their booths during and after the presentation. The panels were also live streaming broadcast on the summit's website and social media accounts.



VISITORS FROM 47 CITIES, 44 SECTORS



The visitors, most of whom are responsible for production, investment, maintenance and purchasing of the factories, came from 21 countries and 47 provinces, visited the summit physically.



With Istanbul in the first place, a large number of visitors came from Kocaeli, Bursa, Ankara, İzmir, Sakarya, Konya, Tekirdağ, Manisa, Yalova, Gaziantep, Eskişehir, Adana, Bilecik and Kayseri. It was also attracted attention that lots of visitors came from the Eastern Black Sea provinces.



Representatives of companies operating in 44 different sectors, from automotive to food, textile to FMCG and machinery to mining, visited the summit and the fair physically.



NEXT SUMMIT ON 4-6 OCTOBER 2022



Bringing all stakeholders in the industry together; Robot Investments Summit, Industry 4.0 Applications Summit, Energy Producing Factories Summit and Process Summit will be held in Tuzla-Istanbul between 4 to 6 October, 2022 next year.
